Complanion was founded on a simple observation. In most organizations, compliance and operations are treated as two separate worlds. Compliance lives in policies, spreadsheets, and specialized tools, while the actual work happens in service management platforms where teams run their day to day operations. This separation is a major cause of many compliance challenges.
Traditional compliance tools mainly track, document, and report compliance status. While useful for governance and audits, they rarely influence how work is actually performed inside the organization. As a result, compliance becomes an additional administrative layer instead of an integrated part of everyday operations.
A Different Approach to Compliance
Complanion takes a different approach.
